Dairy products process chart
Milk is one of our most important basic foodstuffs and the range of dairy products is large. The manufacture of products such as yoghurt, cheese and quark consists of a whole range of process steps from purifying the raw milk, giving it a longer shelf-life to finally creating the end product. Gases from Messer are used in many of these steps.
Fish and seafood process chart
The term fish is used to summarise all types of fish which are suitable for human consumption. A distinction is made between freshwater fish and saltwater fish depending on the habitat. Gases from Messer are used throughout the entire process chain, from fish farming to the cooled transport of the marine life.
Soft drinks process charts
The production of soft drinks usually takes place following the same process: the drinking or spring water stored in inertised tanks is freed from unwanted constituents, in particular oxygen; it is then mixed with beverage concentrates and optionally carbonated. The finished soft drinks are finally filled into bottles or cans at filling stations and delivered to the market.
Tobacco process chart
Die Aufbereitung der Tabakblätter ist der wichtigste Schritt in der Herstellung von Tabakwaren. Zur Volumenvergrößerung der zerkleinerten Pflanzen werden Gase von Messer eingesetzt.
Wine process chart
The process of wine-making consists of many carefully coordinated procedures with gases playing an important role. The applications include numerous cooling processes in which cryogenic gases are used, also inerting of storage tanks and filling under a protective gas atmosphere.
